Thanks for visiting “Wind’s Blog”. The purpose of this blog is not just to promote my horse book. It is to make America and the world aware of what is happening to the wild mustangs today! The future of the wild horse and wild burro depends on wise management and humane decisions and actions by the government, horse handlers, and the public’s voice.

Please share this blog and website with your family and friends. Together we can try to save the mustangs from extermination on public lands where they have been given the right to live since Congress voted in laws to protect them in 1971.

I will tell you more wild horse history in future blog posts.

For starters, I will publish portions of my book and my artwork each month. Maybe by the end of the year you will be able to read most of the story online and see lots of the artwork. But, if you want to see all of my 120 sketches and paintings you’ll want to buy the book.

You will learn about many facets of the reality of what to do with the mustangs, and then you can decide who is right on the controversial Slaughterhorse bill debate in Congress and the Senate.

There are certain times of each person’s life where you realize that you are on the right side and must make your voice heard. This time, the mustangs need everyone on their side. I hope you ORDER the book and TAKE IT WITH YOU to your reading groups, schools, vacations, and animal rescue organizations to spread the word. It’s full of important information about what happens to these horses because of man’s greed and misuse vs humane treatment and care.

Best wishes to all of you who want to know more. It is not always for the faint of heart.

So, here we go, please join me for a great mustang adventure story!
