23 Nevada mustangs in jeopardy
We have until October 29, 2013 to save them from a slaughter auction.

Time is running out for 23 wild horses in Nevada, including the band stallion Red and his family.
They were recently rounded up by the Nevada Department of Agriculture. If we are not able to raise the funds to rescue them, the state will send them to a slaughter auction.
We must raise $40,000 to save these horses and prevent others like them from suffering the same fate. If we fail, these historic mustangs could be purchased by kill buyers and trucked to Mexico where they will face an unspeakably cruel death at a brutal slaughter plant.
The Dreamcatcher Wild Horse and Burro Sanctuary in California is able to keep Red and his band together for life…if we are able to raise an endowment for them. Your contribution will be put to immediate use in this effort.
